Or whether they cast the right actor to play RCB
Scenario
Follow Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Baddingham as they have a long-running rivalry that comes to a head. Coincidentally, Aidan Turner previously filmed at Chavenage House (The Priory in Rivals). The same location was also used to film Trenwith House in the BBC’s 2015 TV adaptation of Poldark. I haven’t read the books so can’t comment on their accuracy.
And great escapism
All I can say is that I really enjoyed this series and really hope it gets another series. It’s a bit cheesy. But it’s great TV. I managed to watch the whole thing in two days.
I wish there were more episodes
It’s good that they don’t drag on too much. David Tennant is great as usual. But I was actually more surprised by how good Danny Dyer was. I’ve seen him in a few things.
But he was brilliant
(Who hasn’t) And I was a little skeptical about seeing him in this. There are so many characters I love and so many I loved to hate. Too many to mention. Highly recommended.
