Scenario
A very powerful CEO puts her career and family at risk when she begins a passionate affair with her much younger intern.
I saw it at the Venice Film Festival in the Sala Grande with the cast
The film is exciting and bold, with a good soundtrack and great performances by Nicole Kidman, Antonio Banderas (it has some really good moments) and Harris Dickinson.
I think the scripts start off pretty ordinary, but then get more and more interesting with a final take on sexuality and women that is really remarkable
Halina Reijin is also a skilled director who also included in this film an amazing club scene (one of the best club scenes I have ever seen, it was like she wanted the entire Venice audience to bring out the hidden animal inside them).
The film will probably be released during Christmas and I can say that she is totally right 🙂
Also, Kidman obviously dominates the entire film with a performance that I am sure will be remembered forever.
