Abrams’ 39; “Lost” almost had a completely different cast
Scenario
Survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island… J.J. Find out which stars missed out on one of the most popular TV shows of all time. Sawyer’s character was originally supposed to be an older, dapper, suit-wearing urban con man from Buffalo, New York.

But when Josh Holloway forgot a line during an audition and then kicked a chair and cursed loudly in frustration, the writers liked the edge it gave Sawyer’s character and decided to write Sawyer as a more southern, darker drifter. Jin and Sun are married and share the last name Kwon, which becomes a major plot point in the final season. However, when the Koreans marry, the woman never takes her husband’s name. In fact, in Korea, it’s not even allowed to marry with the same last name, except in rare circumstances.

The weird opening credits are by J.J. Abrams carrying a black and white laptop in homage to The Twilight Zone. I’ve watched a lot of television in my life, maybe too much. But this is the best TV show I’ve seen in ages.

You just can’t predict what’s going to happen. It seems like every week the show tells something new about the island and its people. I’m on the edge of my seat waiting to find out what’s going to happen, and then before I know it, the show is over and I have to wait to find out what happens next. Absolutely fascinating!
This show is amazing and I hope they continue it because often fantastic American shows get cancelled because the ratings start to drop a bit or the executives find the shows too weird
I really hope the show continues so we can have it here in England because it is a fantastic show and I would love to have a DVD of it so I can hook all my friends too.
